This highlighter comes from Poundland and its their take on Benifits High Beam, and I must say its amazing considering it only costs £1. Its a thick gel like liquid that when applied to the skin give a lovely glow. Poundland also does a cheek tint which is really good. Wednesday, 6 March 2013
